FAQ - Ordering

All orders must be placed online. We do not take phone orders.

When will my order arrive?
Transit time is usually 3-5 business days for small parcel and 7-10 business days for large parcel. 

How much will shipping cost?
When placing an online order, place the items you would like in your cart and begin the checkout process. Your shipping costs (which are based on weight & zip code) will be calculated for you BEFORE you are asked for your payment.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order at our warehouse, located in Westminster, MD. Please contact us at mdsales@sfpusa.com to arrange pickup. The order must be placed online and we will refund any shipping costs once the order has been picked up.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Damaged or defective item
Please contact us at mdsales@sfpusa.com. We can gladly send a replacement. We request photos for damages. The item does not need to be returned.

Incorrect item
Please contact us at mdsales@sfpusa.com. We will gladly send the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
